What counts as an 'enrolled tire'?
Enrolled tires are the specific tires included in the set purchased at the time the plan was purchased. Coverage is tied to those tires only and does not transfer to replacement tires or a different vehicle.
How do I schedule a covered service like rotation or balancing?
Just walk in during our open hours — Thursday through Sunday, 9AM to 5PM. No appointment is needed. Bring your valid purchase receipt, as it must be presented at time of service.
What does the 7/32 tread limit mean in practice?
All covered services are available only while your tires have 7/32 inch of tread depth or more remaining. Once tread wears to 7/32, coverage ends — a reminder that it's time to consider replacing your tires.
